Travel Services - Air Travel Notification

Hi, we have setup the Travel Management and it is working fine in managing of advances and refunds to staff.

We have a new requirement, we want employees to also use the system to get approval for use of Air Travel. I am thinking that they can use the Travel Services field whenever one is seeking Air Travel.

My challenge is that, Air Tickets are booked by an Admin who is not mapped in the Travel Workflow as they had no role. We now want to have the Admin to get notifications Only when an employee has selected Air Fare field after approval. This will be in addition to the notification already in place to FI team.
