voucher printing problem

hi experts,

I am using smartform to print voucher .voucher is continuos stationary.voucher will be like cheque in size.Initial stage they asked me to write a code to print a single voucher .I did and it is working properly.The problem is after printing the voucher the printer is rolling upto a4 paper size.So it is skipping two vouchers between.if i give the next print the inbetween vouchers are getting wasted.so now we are using the load/eject key in the printer to adjust the voucher.

we will be taking around 100 to 120 vouchers per day .So now they need a select options to select a range of numbers and to print them at the end .so where i need to put the control..

i selected letra format in smartforms which is my voucher size but it is not working.advice me for the same.

Hi experts,

We just process SAP one month, but not sure how to print Journal voucher batchly directly from SAP. or we need one program to process it.

Now we print voucher one by one and waste a lot of time on printing. thanks in advance. Jackywen

Hi

You need to select the page size as same of the voucher

get the info from your functional team about the size of the voucher or or search the same in google

then format the form accordingly

it is like label and also special page format

Hi,

if your voucher size doesn't matches with any of ther pre defined size,

then create a new custom page format using transcation SPAD. mostly this will be done by Basis people.

i would suggest you to chose all the available format and check the size. becoz, most of the dimensions mentioned in the standard are not in Cm or mm. some times it might work. ( like inch1 or inch 6 etc..)
