server execution failed when opening adobe livecycle designer on C4C

Hi expert,

I have a problem when opening a form through adobe livecycle designer on C4C, I have tried to open it using some browsers (Mozilla, chrome, IE, even IE tab extension on google chrome), but it always failed and an error said "server execution failed" appears on the system.

anybody have the same problem? or maybe anyone can give me an advice or solution

    Hi Rindang,

    To use the option “Open > Adobe Lifecycle Designer” (in “Application and User Management > Business Flexibility > Form Template Maintenance”) you must use IE 11. Sometimes you are not able to open it due to some configurations in IE and you can face some rendering issues. We recommend to use the offline version of Adobe Livecycle Designer available in “Download” section.

    • Hi Matheus, thanks for your answer. My friend has already opened it in IE 11 but the same error still appears. Actually, I open the form from online Livecycle designer is because some custom fields binding data do not appear when I open the form in offline mode, so I want to check it in online mode.

      I have performed extension scenario for the form but the binding data is not appear anymore
