Demand sensing (update) not working as expected

I tried to run running demand sensing (update) algorithm in RDS 1708 for the following combination. But the algorithm just return zero as Sensed Demand Qty. As there is historical delivered Qty data in my PA. I think the algorithm can return some value greater than zero.

Customer ID:10100001

Location ID:3710

Product ID:IBP-100

The configuration of running demand sensing (update) algorithm is as below.

And I set offset as a negative number (-120) to make the forecast periods can start from an old day(2017/08/07)

Historical Periods : 294

Forecast Periods : 42

Any feedback would be appreciated.
