Is there a FM or BAPI to delete TLB order at target node

Hi All,

Is there a FM or BAPI to delete TLB order at target node ...that is used by SAP standard at the time PO is 'closed' with the Goods Receipt posting.

Why is the Order being deleted?

Not sure of the full busines process you have to create TLB orders. But if u get Preqs or POs based on forecast would not letting both of them remain be a better way to net the reqirements?

Nevertheless pl look at /sapapo/rlcdelete to look for deletion of orders and choose order type for TLB

Hi,

There is a problem with rlcdelete it deletes the orders at both source and target location.

could u pls suggest a FM or BAPI which specificaly deletes the order at target node only

Hi,

It is not possible to delete an external procurement order at the tareget location and retain it at the source location as the order is linked by the source destination combination, as soon as you delete the order at target location its refernce at the source also gets deleted, also its not possible to create a order with target location as blank.

what is your business requirement for this logic can u pls elaborate?

Hi Sanjog,

Instead of standard CIF'ing of TLB order's we have used IDOCS to send TLB related data to the R/3.... when PO is created it is required to delete TLB order at target node to avoid duplicacy.... in standard process (CIF) it happens..but in our case we have to delete it using some BAPI our FM (but i'm unable to trace any).
