This suresh i'm learning sap/abap just i want to know the

important concepts sap/abap which will be used in real time.

    Hi Suresh,

    If you are a BW expert who is trying to do ABAP then u should be able to write the routines. Routines plays a avery major role in the BW point.

    For any calculation or Manipulation to be done at the BW side is achieved thru ABAP.

    We will have to write the transformation/Update/Start Routine/ End Routine/ .... etc.

    In real time it will depend on what will be clients requirements and also which version they will be using.

    Most of the time people do work on Reports, ALV, BAPI & Smartforms but again it all depends on the project and requirement.
