Customer block without impacting quotation function

Hello Experts,

I am looking for a way to block our one time customer without impacting the quotation function. Need to block all other function but the sales team be able to do quotation (VA21)

Where is exactly the problem?

Order blocks are configured per sales document type and the behavior for order block for CPD customers works more or less as for non-CPD ones.

I made a simple test - Z1 blocking reason assigned only to sales order type ZOR and changed the CPD customer to have blocking on sales area level Z1. QT creation works as expected, because Z1 is not assigned to QT, but when I try to create ZOR with reference to QT or as stand-alone document I see an error.

If you have processes with VL01NO the idea is similar - you assign a blocking reason for shipping allocated to LO or whatever is the Z* delivery type for this and additionally you block the customer for shipping in master data.

Posting block is straightforward, but you might want to check with Finance if there are non-O2C processes where they need to post directly.
