storing of HR documents with archive link in DMS?

hi experts,

how to store HR documents with archive link in DMS?

i found somewhere it is possible with tr. code OAWD,OAAD

is helpful..or is there any other way for storing HR documents

becz i am not able to do it..

if any one guide me it will be very helpful to me.
