Dear Calin,
you have to manually compare ST03N data with current user assignments. When doing the comparison, please note that ST03N contains transaction executions and hence it's a transaction level view. If authorizations are required, you have to read those from the authorization trace. I am not aware of standard reports. However, third party tools are available for such requirements.
