Customer access to SolMan Service Desk via SSO

Dear colleagues! Please advise can we configure SSO for our users (employees) to let them check their problem tickets in SolMan Service Desk? Or maybe is there another way to let our users to logon to their dashboard with problem tickets? There is a Business Partner configuration between back end and SolMan, so back end user data store mapping to solman.
