C4C Missing Product List View

Hi All,

We have assign product list view to user in Test Tenant but in PRD this view is not available.

In Opportunity creation, we have an option to add product from product list.

May I know why our product list view is not available in PRD tenant?

Found out the answer:

1. Create a new change project

2. Turn on Sales Quote in scoping

3. Merge the change project to the production

4. Log off and sign in to the system

5. Go to Business Role/Business User and assign the work center view to the user

Hi All,

Ok. I found out that I need to create a new 'Change Project' and turn on Sales Quote in Scoping. Merge the change project to Production.

Sign in the system again.

Now the product list is available for work center assignment.
