error in actions

dear gurus,

while creating actions i was getting this error in 'personnel action types" when i am clicking New Entries

[Upd.0000 = 'X' is only allowed for Upd.0302 = 'X'

Message no. 54360

Diagnosis

The combination you have chosen for the action is not permitted. The infotype 0302 (Additional actions) is active and all completed actions saved in infotype 0000 (actions) must also be logged in infotype 0302.]

what could be this. explain me. its urgent for m

Check the integration switch ADMIN_EVSUP. It shld be blank in the table T77S0

Change in Pay:

Leaving:

Organization Assignment (0001), Recurring payments / deduction(0014), Additional payment (0015), Time recording info (0050), Absence quota (2006)

Retirement:

u have mentioned infotypes. update operations of each infotype in each actions (I know it's lengthy process, but for me plz.) also. it will be more helpful for me. i will be waiting for ur reply.

for this u have to take operations as INS as hiring we are creating new records for employeee

Change in Pay:

Organization Assignment (0001), Planned Working Time (0007), Basic Pay(0008)

Promotions:

Organization Assignment (0001), Planned Working Time (0007), Basic Pay(0008)

take copy for this things we are chageing the data of the employee , and the old data shd ne there as well

Leaving:

Organization Assignment (0001), Recurring payments / deduction(0014), Additional payment (0015), Time recording info (0050), Absence quota (2006)

Retirement:

Organization Assignment (0001), Basic Pay(0008), Objects on Loan(0040), Recurring payments / deduction(0014), Additional payment (0015)

Termination:

Organization Assignment (0001), Recurring payments / deduction(0014), Additional payment (0015)

use delimit option and take MSN20 in the table T529A for these actions

Transfer :

Organization Assignment (0001), Basic Pay(0008)

Demotion :

Organization Assignment (0001), Planned Working Time (0007), Basic Pay(0008)

just take copy action

Hi Saathi,

You have activated Additional Actions but in personal action types you have not checked both the checkboxes i.e. U0000 and U0302.

Make sure that both the check boxes are checked.
