hi ashish,
First check in MMBE, whether stock is available for the material in the given plant/storage location mentioned in the sales order and then in delivery level also as there is chance of entering a wrong storage location at delivery level also, as you are getting at the time of Post goods issue. If you have checked in MMBE and stock is not available then you have to do the delivery after maintaining the stocks as you told wih 521 movement type in your case.

Hi Ashish,
Check whether the delivering date in the Sales document is not after the posting date in the delivery document. In short check whether the schedule lines are clear in the Sales Order document before creating the delivery document.

hello, friend.
i believe that you were trying to post goods issue when stocks were not available. before posting goods issue, check stock availability using MMBE.
however, also check the sales order reference for the delivery. if the order was a MTO type (do the availability check functionality in sales order), maybe you have to do movement type for issue into sales order stocks first before you can do goods issue.
regards.
