Advice regarding job/ to go for the training again

Hi all,

I completed my SAP MM course from India and the certification too in Mar '16. But before I was to apply a job, I came to the US. Now I see that I am not able to get a job here because the companies need experience and referral. (I am shifting my career lines.) Well, I don't have the experience because I was in the Armed Forces as a Mechanical Engineer and did the course after I retired. So, now I have decided to go for the same course in SAP MM here so that they can help me in the job and the referral.I would want an opinion regarding:-

1. Should I go in for the course again?

2. How do I frame my resume for a job in SAP?

3. Any web links in which I can get help from?
