no able to connect to EP6

Hi All,

I am not bale to login to portal console with any ID not even administrator ID.

I was implementing SSO with R/3 system in backend.

Then the users from R/3 were able to logon but were getting SSO ticket error.

I was not able to delete the old ticket kepair and certificates

I deleted the Ticket Keystore view and re-created it.

And then i restarted the Server.

And made new keypair and certificate.

I assigned it to R/3 through STUSTSSO2 and added it to certificate and ACL

After restarting no user is able to logon to portal.

i am able to login to visual administrator with administrator ID.

I activated emergeny user sap.I am able to login to Visual Admin with sap but not to portal.

What could be the problem as no user is able to login to.

I am using EP6 and ECC5 at the backend.

Kindly help.

Thanks,

Tajinder

    Hello Tainder,

The problem is with the changes in the Keystoke Administrator. Please check the default trace of the portal. The Keystoke problem must be mentioned there. You cannot logon with SAP* also.

Just logon to your Visual Administrator and change the Keystoke to its default values. Restart the server. Things will work fine.

    Regards

    Deb
