Excel File Data Read in ERP Failed When Uploaded Through Transaction Launcher In CRM

I have created one Transaction Launcher in CRM to launch a ERP transaction.

The input have multiple fields along with an option of file upload.
When i am executing by entering values in fields, it works but When i try to execute using file upload, it doesn't work.
I feel that ERP is not able to read the data of excel file send from CRM because when i execute the ERP transaction in ERP directly using file upload, it is working.

Using FM ALSM_EXCEL_TO_INTERNAL_TABLE to read file data in ERP.
