Hi Sap guru,

in my pricing i am always using base price-17.39.exicse tax 16%.ed cess-2%,hed cess 1%.so total grossprice becomes 19.50.

Now I want without changing my gross price 19.50,I want to decrease excise tax14% and increasing base price 17.80.

So here i by using vk12,i have change excise tax 14%.

But issue is that i will increase base price manualyfrom 17.39 to 17.90 or i want to change in vk12.

Please give me solution how i could maintain my gross price 19.60.

whether i could change my base price manualy or by using condition record vk12.

Thanks,

Rashmi

Dear Rashmi

I think I have already given a suggestion which is similar to this issue and there you have asked how to change the datas in MASS. It is always better if you ask questions in one thread if your issue is not solved so that it will be easy for all who are giving suggestion. This is my kind request.

Now coming to your question, please note that 14% of excise duty should be changed in j1id and NOT in VK12.

Changing the price manually in sale order / billing is based on the controls you maintained in V/06 where for your pricing condition type PR00, if you maintain "C" in "Manual entries", then you can change in the sale order / billing. If it is "D', then you cannot change in billing. For this, first you have to maintain the revised price of 17.90 in VK11 with effect date as the date on which you are changing and save. Please dont change in VK12 directly without changing the validity dates which is not advicable.

Now come to sale order (if subsequent documents like delivery and billing are not generated), select the "Update" button in conditions tab and double click on "B". If already invoice is generated, then you can do the same in VF02 only.

thanks

hi,

to change the gross price, you will have to maintain the condition record by VK12.

but in order to change the effect of the condition type you can change the validity of the condition type.

like you have reduced the excise tax so change the validity of the condition record from the change of the tax rate.

similarly change the base price ZR1 along with its validity.

so the new sales order will have the changed tax and the changed base price.

once you store the new base price in the condition record with validity then i guess you dont have to change it manually in the sales order every time.

Siddharth.
