Need help with tax procedure for 'Sri Lanka'

I don't find a standard tax procedure for Sri Lanka, I also search in the forum for any information related to Sri Lanka but no recommendations available!

We have to create a new tax procedure, the requirement is 'its a multi tax codes' for each line item there will be a possible 2/3 (C&D OR C,D&E lines in the example below) tax codes and the base amount for VAT/TAX calculation is different as explained in the blow table (first column 'Calculation Ref.')

I need a help in setting up the new tax procedure for Sri lanka with the below example calculation, any comments would be appreciated

@Moderator please recommend if any additional information to be added / something wrong within the issue detailed above, I am very much happy to add the missing information! I have posted the same issue few days back and its strange that the issue was deleted saying it is not clear!!
