Netweaver sdn subscriptions

Our company (in the US) purchased the $2300 netweaver sdn development subscription but we haven't received any boxed software, and have received no communications from sap. Who is the best contact to resolve this issue? We have emailed sdn_subscriptions_support@sap.com with no response. Calling up SAP and speaking with several different departments, no-one seems to be able to solve this issue. No one has a contact phone to speak with a person. I've probably sent out a total of 25 emails and have made numerous phone calls to SAP with no positive result. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi,

i have also buy an subcription and get some material from SAP today.

The box (german version) contains

o Membership Card

- Subscription ID

- SDN Community ID (the old one, used for regsitration)

- Service Marketplace ID

- Valid until entry

o A box with DVDs

- MaxDB

- Netweaver 7.0 (Kernel for several OS, ABAP and Java Stack)

- BI

- Business Suite 2005 (ERP, SRM, CRM, SCM)

- MDM

- Support Package Collection (SP 13. Java and ABAP)

o a little Book, Netweaver 2004s Master Guide (for Administrators)

What i am missing yet:

o Information where i can get PI/XI and

o over Marketplace the Pages about PI / XI are empty, no download possible

Have anybody made some experience about the subscription content?

Hi William,

I have also send numerous messages in vain to this mail-address and also contacted SAP in my country. For now this subscription appears to be available only in Germany and US for companies/consultants based in those countries, so for the rest of the world it is even not available at all. Speaking about discrimination....in a free economy-->I cannot buy such a subscription at all until they make it available. But then again, you've bought it and don't get it either....
