Hi Everbody,
I am new to PI and I hope somebody will help me. I created an IDOC to IDOC scenario using IDOC DEBMAS03. I am trying to create an RFC Lookup to add a row to segment E1KNVPM. I created the RFC on the ECC side with a table of type E1KNVPM. The RFC call always passes one row with no data in it. My question is, Is it possible to Pass an IDOC segment (E1KNVPM) to an RFC lookup?
Thanks
Rami,
Then I think than enabling an exit on S4 should do the work in a cleaner way. You should also check if there is any configuration that could potentially enable that segment by customizing.
Best regards,
Ariel

Here is what i am looking to do. my source system is S/4 & target is ECC. The 'PE' (Employee partner) is mandatory in ECC but its not in S/4. So I want to add a row to segment (E1KNVPM).

Hi Rami,
What kind of data enrichement are you expecting with the lookup?... I wouldn't use a lookup for this task. (In fact, I try to avoid lookups as much as I can).
Have you considered using an exit enhace the Idoc sender (or receiver)?
Have a look into exits: EXIT_SAPLVV02_XXX.
