AZURE - No more cores available - Change Region

Hello CAL Team,

we need to setup a "SAP S/4HANA 1610 FPS01, Fully-Activated Appliance" demo system for a training starting on Friday. Now AZURE don´t have enough resources in the region to deploy the instance.

I have an update from our capacity management team. Unfortunately, they were unable to increase the core quota for now due to unprecedented demand for the ESv3 Series and have backlogged the request to be completed on priority once new capacity is on boarded.

This is a temporary situation.

How can I change the region for my account to deploy to another region, without spending the 750 Euro for the full CAL?

Hello Roman,

Only the subscribed customers are entitled to request additional regions. According to Microsoft this is a temporary situation so I'd recommend to try again later.
