Hello!
I have created some document types for service tickets.
Afterwards I created a statusscheme for the document types. Now, I noticed that I'm not able to change the status scheme of the created document types.
I also tried to delete this document types but the button is disabled.
I read following in the setup guide from C4C: IT Setup Guide
Deleting a Document Type
Note
You can't delete document types that are used in your tickets.
However I'm not able to delete my used ticket so I tried to set them as irelavant. But still I'm not able to delete or change the document types.
In which way can we change or delete the document types?

Hi Sid,
You cannot delete Document Types which already used to create Service Tickets.
In order for not to be appeared in your Service Ticket Type Selection, you can use Code List Restrictions for Business Object: Ticket and Code to Restrict: Ticket Type in order to hide them from the users.

The ticket types cannot be deleted if there are already tickets of that type.Only way to remove those tickets would be to Set as Irrelevant. So that they are not appearing in the lists and analytics.
But setting ticket to Irrelevant does not allow ticket types to be deleted.Ticket type cannot be deleted but using code list restriction in Admin WoC to remove unwanted values and then they would not appear in the TICKET QC for selection(As also stated by 'Andreas').
FYI...Currently in TICKET we don't offer deletion of Ticket as a feature. When that is available then tickets can be deleted by customer and once it is deleted corresponding ticket types can be deleted too.
This is already in the feature request list but based on priority will be taken up in future release.As of now, we can not comment on which release .
