Live Activity SAP C4C

Hello experts!
Please help me, I have some issue.
Have some interesting progect and I'm activate Live Activity in test tenant my costumer.
I noticed that in the LIFE ACTIVITY panel I do not have any fields related to the incoming call. In the mode of adaptation, they also do not exist. And this is the standard field. Like this
But in my previous tenant I did exactly the same activation and the data fields could add in the adaptation mode (not the extension field). Screen
Please help. Tell me what I doing wrong or maybe miss some setting when activate (on Business Configuration) Live Activity
