Hello experts!
Please help me, I have some issue.
Have some interesting progect and I'm activate Live Activity in test tenant my costumer.
I noticed that in the LIFE ACTIVITY panel I do not have any fields related to the incoming call. In the mode of adaptation, they also do not exist. And this is the standard field. Like this
But in my previous tenant I did exactly the same activation and the data fields could add in the adaptation mode (not the extension field). Screen
Please help. Tell me what I doing wrong or maybe miss some setting when activate (on Business Configuration) Live Activity

Hello Andrey,

They steps you are following is exactly correct. Also I can see in your second screenshot that there is one extension field being displayed so this list is correct. I think in your test tenant there is only one extension field created as of now for the LA screen and hence only one is showing up. Can you please verify which other fields you have created that you are expecting to be displayed here? You may even create a new extension field now by choosing New Field button and testing if it shows up in the list here after creation.

Hello, Preethi.
I have already created an incident in support of this issue.
Yes, in the test system, these fields (additional) are displayed as extension fields. Yes, in front of them there is a sign that they are custom (Green Mark).
Support to me replied that these fields were created through the PDI. But I am sure that this is not the case, because only I had access to the pre-sale tenant and only I went to the PDI.
This fields, like Subject, are editable. And they are influence on another fields in header document PhoneCAll activities.
