Routing setup operation level

I have a routing with operations 10 and 20.

The Finished material is FG has WIP . WIP has the RAW material.

How do I setup the BOM and Routing with component allocation such that

OPN 10: Consume RAW and make WIP on operation level confirmation at opn 10..

OPN 20: Consume WIP and make FG on Operation level confirmation at opn 20.

Since there is only one "Routing" there is only one "Order" for the FG.

Hello S S,

Here for example you are having A is a Raw material and B is the WIP material which is produced from A

and C is the Final FG which is produced from B

Here create the BOM for C by maintain the component as B, and BOM for B by maintain the component as A

similarly as suggested by sundeep you can maintain this in Routing at operation level

while doing the operation confirmation for 0010 system will consume A and produce B, similarly for operation number 0020 System will consume B and produce the C

You can try for following process allocate the component in operation level

define WIP as by product which will be consumed in next operation .

so you can try the process if any query kindly revert.
