Add Run filters on a Balance Confirmation Run

I have exhausted my searching so I thought I would pose the question here.

Is is possible to add a parameter like Customer Group to the Balance Confirmation Run?

I do not see any BO or Action that seems to be connected to this run.

Short of recreating the whole process with a Custom BO and Forms I do not see a solution.

Does anyone have any development suggestions to look into.

Hi Billy,

As i told earlier, the underlying object is ECO, which is not available for partners, hence you cannot see the action on ECO.

You could raise a ticket.

If I was to create a new MDRO would I have to replicate the "Balance Confirmation Run" Action that the origional is doing?. Cause I can not find that Action on any Object.

Hi Billy,

It looks like Balance Confirmation Run is configured on ECO and not BO, in such case you won't be able to see the BO.

Yes you could try to create new MDRO.
