HM cloud 1709: is possible to create campaigns in HM that create an activity/task in CRM?

Hello,

is possible to create a campaign in hybris marketing cloud version 1709 that has as action the creation of an activity/task in CRM?

From the guide it seems is not possible, but how can this be managed? In the on premise version the creation of activities and tasks in a connected SAP CRM system are possible actions.

it was a mistake, i was talking about the 1708 cloud version. I tried to search in the campaign functionality but as i can see from the application help there is not possible to create a campaign that has as action a CRM task ( https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/1708%20500/en-US/c5ec6edd8e094ad28888da...

Is that right? From the application help seems that there is possible to create a CRM task in the "lead management" functionality, is that right?

When I create a campaign in this trial there's a campaign action called "Create Task". I think that is possible in C4C and SAP CRM.

the 1709 version of hybris marketing is the latest on-prem version.

Are you talking about the latest cloud version 1711?

In 1711 the creation of activities in SAP CRM or C4C is possible, too.
