Issue with IT Service Management - Customizations are not reflecting in Tester Worklist

Hello All ,

We have Solution Manager 7.1 SP 14 system in our landscape.

We have created a new customized ZART -defect creation transaction type in our system the Copy of SMIN transaction type.

For End user IM_CREAT_<SID> we did few customizations(Added new fields , Added new Category 5) in the create incident page from CRM UI .

But when the End user try to create incident from the below path

SM_WORKCENTER-->Test Management --> Tester Worklist -->Test Case --> Create Error Message(Incident) the above changes are not reflecting as in we are getting the Standard (SMIN) page instead of our ZART page.

Could you please let us know if there is any option where ZART changes can be reflected in the Tester Worklist page or let me know from where can i do the customizations of the "Create Error Message" page from Tester worklist in SPRO .

Thanks for providing the link.

We already performed the steps mentioned in the link to create new test defect transaction type - ZART in our Solution Manager system.

Even in SPRO under Test Management we have performed the step"Restrict Transaction type" with our new transaction type entry.

Still the changes are not reflecting in Tester Work list page. Please find the attached screen shot for the same.


Path : SM_WORKCENTER -->Test Management -->Tester Worklist --> Test Package --> Test case error --> Create Error Message.

As I highlighted(Marked in yellow) in the screenshot we are getting the “ARTD Defect Creation” (our customized transaction type ZART) , but the fields in the page are still with the standard (SMIN) fields .

In CRM UI page, we have added one more category level as Level 5 and we have added new field as “Linking Old Defect”. We are not getting those changes in the Tester Worklist page.

Kindly have a look and suggest us.

You can neither customize this popup nor modify it with configuration. If you want to really add new field etc then only option is to modify SAP standard by development.

It is not there because this interface is for end users and hence it is different from CRM UI interface where it is meant for processor etc with more detailed options.
