We have configured the "My Inbox" app in the launchpad.
But there is not data in the inbox. my-inbox-fiori00.jpg
Can anyone please help me where i am missing.

I would suggest you to check the configuration guide in KBA 2424054 and check if you have performed all the configuration steps.

I would suggest you to please check Task filter in workflow setting and Disable it if it is activated. Refer the scrshot for Exact path.
And do let me know if you able to have the data in the app..
