Hello, I am having an issue with respect to S&OP cycle integrated with SAP JAM.

I have set up a process model and added process steps along with tasks assigned to users. Also, integrated JAM group to it. when I am in the dashboard and put status from not started to in-progress, few users are getting the tasks assigned to them where as few users are not assigned with those tasks. I have checked the user parameters in user group app which is fine compared to other users and also made sure the users are part of the JAM group which we are using in the process model. Please find the attached screenshot as it shows blank instead of Not started status. Kindly provide your inputs on this.

Regards,

Guru

Hello Guruprasad,

According to KBA 2518223, possible root causes for the issue are the following:

  1. The participant in question is not selected as a participant in the process template.
  2. The user in question has not joined the JAM Group associated with the process.
  3. The email address of the user in IBP Maintain Employee tile is not equal to the email address of the user in Jam.

To solve the issue:

  1. Make sure that the participant in question shows up in the “Info” section of the process step. If the user is not there, that means the user is not selected as a participant in the process template.
  2. If the user shows up in the dashboard, check to see if the user has joined the Jam group associated with the step. Tasks will not be assigned to users that have not joined the Jam group.
  3. Check that the email address of the user in IBP Maintain Employee tile is equal to the email address of the user in Jam. Please consider that this is Case Sensitive, so you MUST NOT have capital letters in any of both addresses.

Please refer to KBA 2518223 for additional information and let me know the results.
