GP requirements

Hi Experts,

Please help for these requirements:

1. Delegating the tasks

2. Sending the entry for feedback from any other user

3. Notification mails for the Users

4. Setting up the time limit for the process steps

5. Creation of different processes eg. parallel,sequential..... (is it related to Block properties?)

What is the difference between the parallel and sequential process or block?
