Values coming as X when there is characteristic as drill Across

Hi All,

i have a report which has 2 KFs.

one KF is Part Qty and second KF is Pct of Kit which is calculated as %CT of part Qty.

but second KF,values are coming as X.

i have Fiscal year/period on top as characteristic drill Across.

So the same format repeats for 004/2007 to 012/2007.

the format is as shown:

*Fiscal year/period 003/2007 *

Quota Pct of Kit Part Qty

Y X 400 UNT

Y X 5,307 UNT

Y X 3,007 UNT

Y X 400 UNT

Y X 5,307 UNT

Y X 3,007 UNT

17,428 UNT

Can anyone help me out if there is any setting i need to maintain for characteristic drill Across for my second KF to come correct.

Regards,

Dhanya.

    Hello Dhanya,

If a characteristic has been drilled down in both the rows and the columns, this reference is not unique. The system displays a warning and the relevant symbol for Data Does Not Exist.

Please see this link [Percentage Functions|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/e2/16f13a2f160f28e10000000a114084/content.htm]

    Thanks

    Hi,

yes i know there is some mismatch.

if i remove fiscal period from drilldown, then i get the calculation of Pct of kit correctly.

but when i keep it in characteristic drilldown, tehn the value comes as X.

Need to know if there i any setting.

    Regards,

    Dhanya.
