Hiya

Check if the schedule line is created in the sales order. Else run the item availability by clicking on the item. Check if you are using right shipping point and if the schedule line

material availability date is within the range for delivery creation.

Hi

Though it is explained by many experts, I would like to give few inputs,

The pre requisites for creating an outbound delivery is,

1. There should not be a delivery block in the order.

2. Atleast one schedule line should be due for delivery.

Please check,

1. The delivery dates in the schedule line of the sales order.

2. Check the sales order for any kind of blocks for delivery and relase the block and save the document.

3. In VOV8 check the document type for deliveryblock.

4. In VOV7 check the relevant Item category - schedule line allowed field should be checked, Item relevant for delivery - should not be checked (checked only for text items).

5. In VOV6 check the relevant schedule line for checking the field - Item relevant for delivery.

Thanks,

Ravi

I think this error is coming because of schedule lines.

Goto ur schedule line category at VOV6, check whether item relevant for delivery is marked for ur schedule line.

Then try to create the delivery again.

Hope it solves.

Dear Quang

Please go to VOV6, assuming your schedule line category is CP, select this and straight to movement type, you will see a field "Item rel.f.dlv". You have to select this.

thanks

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for your support. But it has already checked. This error may not come from that reason.

Hi,

First check the schedule lines in the sales order... whether the material was confirmed or not?

If there is no confirmed qty in the sales schedule line this error may occur

Hi Quang,

All the experts have given all inputs possible: I keep facing this problem often , if your issue is still not solved. Go & check in mmbe the stock availability, if only one stock is avalable then the stock may be scheduled foe same delivery, if check in mmbe itself , it will show u whether it is scheduled for delivery or not:

(or)

If you are processing a repair order then you cannot issue goods from a free stock , i mean it sould be in sales order stock, so using MB1B move the stock from unrestricted to your sales order & then try issuing it.

Hi Quang,

Sandeep has covered all points except one i would like to add

Check

1. SO is credit blocked -- can check this at header -- status tab

2. Go to Sales Order double click the line item click Schedulelines tab see what is the date when you have confirmed quantity (make sure u put the same date in VL01n as delivery date.

3. Go to document flow of your sales order check if you have already created the delivery.

Hope this helps
