user authentification failed

Hi,

We have installed SAP Netweaver 2004s

EP 7.0 (ABAP + JAVA).

We are unable to login on EP portal

url:http://host:port/irj/portal with

Administrator user id and

password.But, We got the error

message : user authentification failed.

But, we are able to login on Java

Visual Administrator with j2ee_admin

user.

Please help.
