DNL_CUST_PROD1 SYFAIL Status

Hi all,

I executed R3AS txn for DNL_CUST_PROD1 but in SMQ2 txn I found message error "Function modul doesn't exist orthere was EXCEPTION".

I found Function Modules which generate this message, for example TRFC_QIN_ACTIVATE Function Module. I executed this FM with the following parameters:

qname = SRMI_DNL_CUST_PROD1 qeue name I found in SMQ1 txn

and system failed.

I executed this FM withthe following parameters:

qname = SRM1I_DNL_CUST_PROD1

and system didn't fail.

I know problem is queue name....but where do I setting my ID system SRM1? I tried in BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS txn but I continue having problem. Someone can help me?

Hi Maria,

As i told you, the SRM1 key in prog BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW is not enough.

The SRM1 key is also in ECC tables : CRMRFCPAR...

Please check the entire configuration.

in your opinion, in SMWP transaction, syte name must be SRM1? or is not a problem?

Hi,

in SMWP, you should have 2 sites defined :

- R/3

- SRM1 if SRM1 if the key you defined

In your opinion, can I change site name? And, above all, changing it I resole my initial problem?

Hi,

Your issue is there !

In SMOEAC, you have defined site CRM

However, in all other configuration point, you have defined SRM1.

Please adjust the "key" everywhere !

So, I set in all table (SAP ECC) 'CRM' and system continued to display error related to queu name: R3AI_DNL....I noted in CRMCONSUM Table there was this record :

CRM X CRM R3A(Queu Prefix)...

so I deleted queue prefix....

Why SRM system continue to set queue input name as concatenate of R3AIDNL...????

Must I refresc something?

Hi,

Do not forget to :

1- run prog in SRM with CRM key

2- delete all queues DNL* in SRM and ECC before trying to trigger again the download.

and what about this error in SMQ2 txn:

ADMIN BAPI_CRM_SAVE CRMI_DNL_CUST_PROD1 13.03.2008 15:20:04 Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION.

?????

Did you resolve this issue

I am also getting the same error message "Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION"

My que names in SMQ2 =R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD1 and in SMQ1=MCEX18_1.

Create a new thread always if is closed. sometimes no one may look at it. BTW, you need to verify all the R/3 CRM* tables and the initial replication configs. VErify MW_MODE is turned on. Check SMOEAC.

What do you mean with "MW_MODE" ?
