How to remove vertical and horizontal scroll bars in table control

I have a table control used in the program to display data. It has vertical and horizontal scroll bars which I want to remove.

The resizing is not checked in the table control properties.

when you create the table control you usually select the check boxes. If this is an SAP screen you want to change click in the corner for table settings and activate. (See picture) Otherwise search: sap table control scrollbar
