C4C Integration to S/4 Hana using HCI - Customer Replication wont work

Hey all,

I am facing a problem in Customer Replication from C4C to S4/Hana using HCI.

Creating a new customer in C4C activates the BusinessPartnerReplicationToBusinessSuite communication arrangement. This customer is sent via the HCI to our S4 Hana On-Premise and is replicated as Business Partner. I am not able to replicate this the new C4C customer as customer in our On-Premise system (T-Code VD03).

Did I miss something in replication process to automatically generate the customer in our On-Premise system?

Dear Andreas,

With S4 we follow Business Partner model, not the ECC's Customer/Vendor model. So Customers from C4C are actually replicated as BusinessPartners in S4, along with business role Customer(depending upon your code list mappings). Also if you check the outbound message in C4C, it would contain 2 IDs' BusinessPartnerID and CustomerID.
