Infotype 2011 time 00:00:00

In IT2011, I notice when I enter the time 00:00:00 and press <Enter>, the value in time field will be auto cleared by the system. This also cause the FM not updating time 00:00:00 into the system.

Do you face this problem in your system too? I am using 4.7 SP75.

you may want to specify time as 00:00:01 instead of 00:00:00

That is my plan.

Try to use the List entry for IT 2011.

OSS reply that the value 00:00:00 will be treated as initial. So when you press <Enter>, it will be cleared. What you think about this answer? Make sense?

Hav u selected the time event type?..like clock in n clk out? also check the grouping for event type, more over check the time management status is 2-PDC time evaluation in your IT 0007, for tht use feature TMSTA

Yes, the IT0007 is correct. The problem only happen if the time 00:00:00. If 00:00:01 then it is working fine.

Can you test whether you encounter the same? Could it be a system bug?

Still the same problem. By the way, what is different between time management status 1 and 2. We use 1 instead of 2.

if you use direct infotype maintainance for actual time you can use TMSTA 1 and if you hav any subsystem for time recording like access cards or biometric you have to use TMSTA 2, ie Plant Data Collection

I have a abap program that read data from time clock machine and pump into the time into IT2011 using function module.

All work fine except when employee scan at 12:00AM. We do not record seconds in time HH:MM only.
