How to use the MEMASSPO transaction and don't print or email messages

Hello

We want to use the MEMASSPO transaction to made some modification on PO. In their configuration, a message is generated for each modification made with ME22N transaction (by example if they change the purchase organisation), and this message is printed or emailed to vendors. We want made modifications with MEMASSPO and they don't want to print or email the message for this modification. How to do that?

I found an option to do this for the transaction MEI1 and MEI2 but not for MEMASSPO.

2 options available for you

1.Goto NACE or MN05 transaction ,for all your message types ,change the dispatch time to 3 (own transaction)

after your changes ,put back to original dispatch time . This is workaround for temporarily using mass change option

2.if you are using mass change frequently and you want avoid this then do the follwing config changes

OLME -->messages -->output control -->message types -->define message for PO -->Fine tuned control :PO

here for your message types remove print operation 2-Change as it enables to output if there is any change.

By following any one of the above option you can avoid printout for changes
