Sp stacks

I am trying to download sp stacks from sap service marketplace. When I try to download, i receive a message like this "Not visible for the logged on user".

Could you please tell me what can I do to be able to download sp stacks?

Thanks,

Marcel

I can't confirm this first. I have installed Solution Manager and now i'm trying to set up maintenance optimizer and i need at least SAPKITL419 to do this; I get the message when I try to download SAPKITL419.

My s-user have the right to download software from sap and I didn't find any other right for the s-user. I am able to download other support pacakges, but at sp-stacks I can't download. Is there any other rights for the s-user that I can configure?

    Thanks
