Notes: 2282311 - BADI - didn't find under name: VB_BM_ADD_SCREEN_FIELDS and ES: ES_BATCH_MASTER

Dear Gurus,

I am trying to implement notes: 2282311 to get custom field in tcode: MSC1N or MSC2N under basic data2 tab page(screen enhancement),but the standard badi: VB_BM_ADD_SCREEN_FIELDS and Enhancement spot: ES_BATCH_MASTER not available in system..Even i have created message under message class 12 as per this note guidelines..Not working anything..Pls guide how to get the BADI work..
