I am working on SAP Solution ITSM configuration. During testing, i have a requester who is additional information to already created incident. Incident processor or Support team are supposed to get notification email when the requester adds any additional text. But email is not sent to support team or Incident processor. Other side, email is getting triggered and send to requester itself. Any idea to solve this issue,
