Can we create a worflow rule for Ticket Routing based on Customer Sales Area?

We are currently using Workflow Rules in C4C for Ticket Territory assigment based on Service Category, and we do need also to add as criteria some Customer Sales Fields, like Customer Sales Office and Sales Group.

Can some one inform if this is possible?

    This is currently not possible and it would be better if you could create a new requirement request at

    SAP Customer Influence Site : https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer

    Our Product management can assess your request and may add it in the coming releases.
