configuring support message(notif_create)

hello All,

i am trying to configure support message(notif_create) on my solution manager 4.0(sp 12).

i was able to configure most of the part...i.e bussiness partner ; reported by, responsible person...

but i am unable to get system/ibase(except of the solution manager itself) when i press F4 on the notif_create screen.

i have added the systems in SMSY.

could i get help on this ...

its urgent ...

    Hi Vinay -

    You'll have to set up an iBase for these values to become available in the notif_create form. For the Service Desk, the system landscape also has to be defined by configuring an iBase.

    Follow the activities and documentation in the IMG.

    Standard Config of Basic Settings --> Solution Manager --> iBase
