Dear Experts,

We have issue with Document flow updated from CRM to C4C,

Sales order created in CRM from the follow up document Quotation from C4C, after successful creation of order in crm document flow of order is not updating in C4C Quotation.

We are using HCI as middleware communication. We used standardcommunication arrangement “Request Document flow from SAP business Suit”,

Now after order creating in CRM outgoing Idoc to update document flow ends with error “Problem with SOAP Class”

We used RFC destination with prefix path /cxf/CRM/COD/CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M.CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_U01

Then tried with prefix path

In bot case error remains same, we are using Basic Authentication which maintained properly.

Which is correct prefix to update CRM rfc destination to HCI(Cloud)?

Hi Rachappa,

Endpoint URL /cxf/COD/CRM/BusinessDocumentFlowQuery is specifically for document flow query which is triggered when you navigate to document flow tab of sales quote in C4C. This will display graphical view of end to end flow sales document . So using this URL in RFC is definitly wrong.

However, i feel what you are reffering is the confirmation message from CRM to C4C which will update external ID in C4C. So in this case URL /cxf/CRM/COD/CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M.CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_U01 is correct. Regarding error 'Problem with SOAP Class' , do you see any error log in HCI side ? Also, Please check end to end connectivity from CRM to C4C if it is working fine or not.
