SuccessFactors Recruiting - Job posted but cannot be viewd

We created a job requisition in our SuccessFactors sales demo, posted the job, and invited a few external and internal candidates to apply. However, even though the job has been posted for a few days, it is still not viewable using either the external or internal links provided in the candidate invitation emails. The error message shown on the page is "This job cannot be viewed at this time. It has either been deleted or is no longer available for application. For more job opportunities, please click here.".

The only information we found is this article but there isn't any solution there. We hope to follow one of the suggestions to submit a ticket for reindexing but can't seem to find where we can do so.

We would very much appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this issue.
