search help personas 2..0

Hi all,

Personas 2.0 SP03

When user opens search help (F4), the list is not displayed correctly and the scroll bar doesn't work. If user try to resize the popup, it's results a big blank popup but it doesn't resize the list. I read many post about search help issue but I not found solution for my problem.

I found some oss notes talking about this, but it's about CRM and can't be implemented on the system of my customer. How can I make search help display correctly.

Thx for answer.

I tryed this solution but search help is already set to modal. I've asked to SAP directly by creating SAP case. SAP answers me that my kernel have to be update.

Check if the user's search help setting is set to modal popup window. Personas 2.0 has some problem with the control-based (amodal) search help if I remember correctly.
