when we creating customer master we get error
ENTER industrial key

give industry code e.g. trade, manufacturing using F4

You can group together your customers by industry. The industry field is located in the general area(Control Tab) of the customers master record. You specify what industry a business partner belongs to by entering an industry key in its master record. You can use this information for evaluations, for example, to create a customer list according to industry.
The error may be since the industry field is marked mandatory.OVT0 should help.

Thats because it would be a mandatory key.
You can go to Cross Application Component - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Field Groupings - Configure Field Attributes per BP Role
Here you can make this field Industry key as optional and not mandatory.

You have probably left the industry code empty, and hence it is giving that error. Try doing F4 in that field and select one of the code...
