Question about PI Knowledge transfer

We are getting into new project, need to get Knowledge Transfer in SAP PI.

Could you please help me with what are all questions i can ask?

Hi, I believe you can start the process follow the next points:

1. Overview of the SLD, BS, TS and PI version

2. Overview of the certificates

3. Overview of the all interfaces running on Production

ESR navigation

If is possible you can check the all interfaces finding the java mappings, customs UDF and interfaces without scenery configuration

IR navigation

I guess is necessary put focus on CC with certificates, CC files with commands, CC with enhancements or modules

ccBPM

Is necessary get the documentation of this process

4. Navigation on all communication channels using the communication channel monitor finding errros

5. Validation of configuration on ECC ( SXMB_ADM, SM59, SLDCHECK)

6. Alerts overview. On this point the most important information is the contact person or the owner of the different system for stablish the communication on case on issue.

7. Owner of the different interfaces without alerts

8. Overview of the most common errors in the implementation. Usually the customers have tools for follow the errors using tickets. You can check the all ticket of PI

9. User and passwords of the currently configuration (CC, RFC, etc)
