I'm working on SAP HEC implementation as new ERP system for our company including overseas bases.
Tokyo and Osaka, Japan are the prospective datacenters; however, the one point that concerns me is the performance degradation caused by latency when overseas users gain access to the Japan datacenter.
Could you give me some advice or device for reducing latency on the access from overseas bases ? Do the WAN optimization solutions such as Riverbed work for ?
I'd appreciate any advice you could give me.
